Within 15 days from the date of purchase, Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC will accept the return of unused and unopened (in original manufacturer packaging) for a credit or exchange. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Products which have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective. Any defective product covered under warranty will be repaired orreplaced according to the manufacturer warranty policy. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC. The Customer Service department will issue a “Return Authorization” number for ALL returns. The returned goods must be in the original packaging with all documentation. A full credit will be issued only for shipping errors made by Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC. Any merchandise damaged in shipment should be refused and reported at the time of delivery to both Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC and FedEx or USPS. Keep all product and shipping materials and notify Enerspect Medical within 48 hours.
Return Instructions All returns are subject to our inspection. A “Return Authorization” does not guarantee your returned item is eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement. Eligibility will be determined upon our inspection.
Instructions:
- Call Enerspect Customer Support at (888) 522-5574 to obtain a return authorization number
- Package item(s) carefully
- Clearly mark the outside of the shipping box with your return authorization number
