Payment Methods
Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC accepts Visa and MasterCard. Correct cardholder name, account number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number are required to process payment successfully. You can safely enter your entire card number on www.enerspect.com via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. You may also complete your purchase using PayPal.
Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC does accept payment by purchase order. The payment section of checkout has a space to indicate a PO reference number. Government agencies and municipalities can purchase via purchase order without prior credit approval. All other organizations may apply for credit approval by completing a credit application. Delinquent Payment
Accounts delinquent over 30 days are subject to a 12% monthly finance charge.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process. If you need to make a change to your order, billing, shipping or payment, please send changes via e-mail to orders@enerspect.com or contact Enerspect Customer Service at (888) 522-5574.
Warranty / Repairs & Replacements
Enerspect Medical Solutions, LLC as the distributor may assist the customer in obtaining factory service for the duration of the products warranty period. EnerspectMedical Solutions, LLC reserves the right to repair or replace equipment covered under warranty at its or the manufacturers discretion. All warranties are per manufacturers published warranties.
